For example: the location, type of property, distance to the village and beach, surface area of the property, views, desired facilities such as swimming pool or garage and your price indication

• Within a few days I will send you an email with options that best suit your requirements.

• I will also send information about the purchasing process in Spain.

• I will contact you to discuss the options, and create a plan together with your selection of houses.

• As soon as you decide when you can travel here, I will make all the viewing appointments. I know the locations of the properties so the routes will be organized efficiently, saving you a lot of time and effort. This gives you more time to view the houses of your choice.

• When you have found your dream home, I will do all the negotiations for you.

• I will ensure that you receive sound legal guidance from a local lawyer.

• The lawyer will be sent all the documents for the house and only when everything has been approved will the provisional purchase contract be signed.

• Guidance at the notary office on completion.

• Following the purchase, I will maintain contact with you answering any questions you may have  regarding the house, the location, possible emigration, but also for advice about renovations, rental and home maintenance.
